Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on tea, food items, or wellness products. Please choose carefully and contact us if you have any questions before purchasing.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.
Incorrect Items
If you’ve received the wrong item, let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.
Returns Process
If a return is approved:

We’ll provide instructions and a return address.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
